If for any reason the customer cancels the order or part of it, after we have sent the order or the customer has received the package, delivery charges will be due (Applicable for free charges). Article 5: Delivery

Unless otherwise stipulated, delivery is made to the address that You indicated when placing your order.
To reduce transport costs and the risk of loss as much as possible, all small and medium-sized products are sent by Colissimo suivi. As well as being cost-effective, this service delivers within 48 hours anywhere in France and gives you the option of collecting your order from a post office close to the delivery address if the postman is absent from the initial delivery address. Specifically, if you are absent on the day of delivery, your postman will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox, allowing you to collect your parcel from your post office during opening hours, within a period of 15 consecutive days .
Colissimo Suivi is a very reliable service. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or extension of delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in the event of a strike.

Delivery times
Delivery times are in the region of 48 working hours (for France) from the time your order is sent (if a product is out of stock, even from suppliers, we will inform you immediately and offer you an exchange or refund).

Article 6: Withdrawal period

Within 14 working days of delivery of their order, consumers have the right to return, exchange or receive a credit note for any products that do not suit them. The product must be returned in good condition, complete and unused. CDs, software and DVDs must be in their original packaging (unopened).
The right of withdrawal for "audio, video or software" items is valid only if they have not been unsealed by the consumer.
