Mint Oil

As soon as you mention mint, its warm, peppery fragrance comes to mind! Some people's mouths may have watered at the thought of a good Moroccan mint tea.
Well, none of that is on the agenda for this article. Nevertheless, the star of the day is mint. But in a form we're not necessarily used to seeing. It's mint oil!
Mint oil, pure and refreshing
Our mint vegetable oil is a pure concentrate of freshness and well-being. We offer this product in two formats:
- Mint oil in 30 mL, from the Al Kawthar brand
- Mint oil 100 mL, Tameem brand
Mint is a plant that originated in Europe. Although it is now found on many continents. Morocco is particularly fond of it. As well as the famous mint tea, the Cherifian kingdom also produces an excellent mint oil.
This vegetable oil is beneficial as a natural cosmetic for the skin. But it also plays a role in our well-being. We'll tell you more in the next part of this post!
The benefits of mint oil
By opting for mint oil, you're adding a real treasure of nature to your beauty routine.
Here are just a few of the benefits of this minty oil:
- It's refreshing and purifying. In fact, it's excellent for problem skin and helps combat acne;
- It cleanses and soothes. So it can be applied to the skin to soothe a sunburn. Or on redness, even localised to the face;
- Mint oil adds tone and radiance to the skin;
- Oily skin will be particularly pleased with its purifying properties;
- This mint plant oil can be applied to the lower limbs. In particular, it helps prevent the sensation of heavy legs. At the same time, it provides suppleness and lightness;
- With its distinctive scent, it's a natural product that stimulates the senses. It combats nervous exhaustion and helps you concentrate;
- Its fragrance is also effective against flu-like conditions.
How do I use this oil?
You can use your mint oil in a number of ways. Depending on your needs:
Facial sauna
Boil some water, then add a tablespoon of mint oil. Place your face over the water with a towel to benefit from its decongestant effect.
Massage oil
Mint oil is perfect as a massage oil. You can apply it to the temples to benefit from its soothing effect. Or apply it to the whole body to relax.
On the face
This oil can also be used on the face, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
Precautions
We recommend you carry out a small allergy test before using this mint oil on a daily basis. To do this, apply a few drops to the crease of your elbow. If there is no skin reaction, you can use your cosmetics without any problem.
