Marjoram is an aromatic plant that grows in clumps to a height of 60cm. Considered an aromatic plant, it is used in many dishes. Italian and Greek dishes in particular.

Marjoram, the "oregano of the garden

Origanum Marjorana is also known as garden marjoram, marjoram or marjoram. It has been cultivated since ancient times, and is particularly common in Turkey and on the island of Cyprus.

This herb can be used fresh or dried. It is a perfect flavouring for dishes, and should be added at the end of cooking to be fully appreciated.

How do I use it?

Marjoram leaves can be used as an infusion:

  1. Add 10 grams of dried leaves to 1 litre of boiling water
  2. Leave to infuse for around ten minutes
  3. Strain the mixture

You can drink between 3 and 4 cups a day. And add a cup of marjoram infusion just before bedtime. Its delicate flavour is a real treat.
